Sheila has been a full-time resident of North Carolina since 2011 and has spent the past 30 years going back and forth from her home in CT to Coastal Carolina. Sheila immediately fell in love with everything Brunswick County offers. Sheila brings 30 years of experience from the corporate world in Marketing Analytics, specifically in the area of management & client service. Sheila has started her second career in Real Estate, following a career aspiration that had been growing over the years. Born and raised in coastal Virginia Beach, Virginia. Luke graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture and soon after started his own business. Luke has worked overseas with the Department of Defense upgrading and installing new technology. With a great passion for the water, Luke also has many years of customer service experience with Grady White! Luke is an avid outdoorsman with a passion to help others fulfill their dreams and passions.

Matt is a graduate of Virginia Tech with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering. He was recruited out of college by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His federal career spanned 34 years as a civilian engineer and facility manager with the Dept. of Defense serving with both the Army and the Navy. His first duty station was Ft. Belvoir in Northern Virginia, with subsequent tours of duty at the Naval Base Norfolk, the Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, the Naval Station Rota, Spain, the 417th Base Support Battalion Würzburg, Germany and the Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point.
Matt follows his wife into his 2nd career in real estate. He received his license in April 2019 and is a fully licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He is committed to be a real estate professional of the highest caliber, offering exceptional service to buyers and sellers. Tammy, a native of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, earned a certificate in marketing and management from Wilma Boyd Career College in Pittsburgh. Her lengthy, extensive, and vast experience in sales-based positions involving multi-state locations include real estate sales in Maryland, district manager for a retail clothing store in Pennsylvania, an administrative management position in a physician’s office, as well as performing closing work in a real estate attorney’s office in North Carolina. Tammy is highly energetic and brings an infectious enthusiasm to all aspects of her work. She is personable, professional, and treats her customers like members of her family. Tammy, her husband, Russ, and two dogs, Gabby and Kai, make their home on Oak Island.
